How much are site fees? Site fees start from £4,169 inc vat per annum.
Is golf and leisure membership free with site fees? Yes, for your immediate family.
How long can a caravan stay on park? There is no age restriction on caravans on park, we just ask that caravans and lodges are held to the same high standard as the park.
What are the park opening times? The park is open between 10 and a half months and 12 months a year depending on where the caravan or lodge is situated.
Can I live at Penrhos? No, we have a holiday licence. You must have a main residence.
